Thanks Eric! First I wrap each board in acid free paper and sandwich them between pieces of foam core. I shrink wrap all together, then sandwich that with cardboard and wrap with bubble wrap till package fits solidly into the box. Then I use foam peanuts to fill any open spaces. I want the whole package to be as light weight as possible and yet very solid so it is hard to bend or smash.

Of course that it came out a disaster compared to yours :-)
I work mainly with pastels and oils.
